Birdwood grow two varieties of Chilli, the Rainbow Chilli and "Thai" Chilli tree.

Whilst the Rainbow Chilli is renowned as the supreme cooking chilli, the Thai Chilli (also known as Birdseye) is the hottest Asian chilli available which will tingle even the toughest tastebuds.

These highly adaptable, ever-bearing perennials develop their full chilli flavour when bright red.

Note that you should avoid touching eyes or skin after harvesting or preparing chillies!
