Papaw

The hybrid yellow fleshed Papaw (Richter x Sunnybank) which is also known as Pawpaw, originates from the Sunshine Coast where it was first bred over thirty years ago.   

This heavy fruit bearing, fast growing, highly resistant tree continues to be grown by commercial growers throughout South East Queensland to this day. 

Golden yellow in colour, this smooth textured, super-sweet tasting fruit highlights the truly unique flavour and aroma of Papaw.
